LAWBER is a private web-project made by lawyer Frank Siegert. It shalln’t be only a simple website of a singly lawyer office, so it is also an offer to other lawyer coleagues for a corporately support of people and enterprises who are looking for assistance in law matters.
It is our most important wish to explain everybbody to enlist lawyers assistance as soon as possible. If you trust on the court you can be sure that you will get of course only a judgement. For a lawyer It is not possible to guarantee always that the judgement includes the expected achievement. The judges have a broad field of legal discretion. So this means it is not the same to be entitled and to be entitled to the law at the court. Mostly at the development or revision of contracts, contracts terms or other statements it is very reasonable to engage lawyer’s assistance at an early time. If you submit the case to a court yo will take high risks, like:
- risk of jugdement = Oftentimes court proceedings develope different as it was conceivable at the beginning. Suddenly there are new facts or new witnesses or the appeared witnesses suddenly can’t remember and so on.
- risk of costs = At the beginning of a legal proceeding nobody knows if it is to listen a lot of witnesses, if one or more expertises are required or if one of the litigators does not agree with the result and appeals against the jugdement.
- risk of health = some people do not bear the stress of a court prodeeding. The lengh of the legal proceeding, the see-saw chances of the proceeding and the uncertainly of the end eventually are intractable, extraordinary burdens.
When wish to live as well as possible you please shall contact us very soon. On the verious subsites of the web-project we deal with a lot of subjects. Not all of them are translated into German but into the Interent you will find a lot of assisting software to translate the subsites into English too. Please be so kind and do not hasitate to request our service.
